Bea and Lau transitioned their private family foundation to the Lau & Bea Christensen Charitable Fund at Madison Community Foundation, where it continues to be managed as a donor advised fund by their longtime investment advisor through MCF’s Third-Party Asset Management program. This program expands giving opportunities for other donors and private family foundations. Bea and Lau talk about the transition, how MCF has supported their philanthropic goals and legacy plans, and how their love for their community – and each other – has inspired their giving.
