Congratulations on Your Grant!
Congratulations on receiving a grant from Madison Community Foundation. We are here to support you as you move forward with your project, and would love to celebrate the work you’re doing and your success through social media and other communication channels. Please keep us apprised of your progress and any updates or changes to your plan. Here are some resources to support you as you implement your grant.

Requesting Grant Funds
After you have signed and returned your grant contract, you can request grant payment at any time during the project. To do so, email Angela Davis with both the grant number and amount requested. For requests received by the 15th of the month, checks will be mailed on the last day of the month.
Communicating Your Grant
Sharing the news about your grant lets you show your supporters and the community more about the work your organization is doing. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to raise awareness about your grant, your programs and your organization in your newsletters, on social media and through a press release, as appropriate. Contact MCF’s Director of Communications, Becki Fiegel, if you have any questions.

Grant Evaluation Report
The grant evaluation is based on the measurable outcomes and budget you included in your original proposal. We are interested in learning about your process, your successes and your challenges. A good report is candid, provides lessons learned for both your organization and MCF, and helps guide and improve the work we do with future applicants.
If your project lends itself to photography, we would love to get images of the project and participants (where appropriate) from you to use in our publications, on our website or in promotional materials.
